Or is it the sixth time he’s gotten a second chance? Who knows anymore?  The latest incident happened back in April when Garcia was suspended indefinitely for “violating team rules” for what was reportedly was disruptive behavior and that fact that he smelled of alcohol during an SEC-mandated leadership event. Something is amiss at the University of South Carolina. The revived football program under Steve Spurrier is starting to crack along the edges, like a bad Charlie Sheen video.
