Liz Hurley’s Husband Could Name Cricket Star Shane Warne in Divorce Papers

Okay, this one’s a bit complicated, but we’ll try to make sense of it. You know who British actress Elizabeth Hurley is, don’t you? She and actor Hugh Grant dated for years before that incident where he picked up the prostitute. They broke up, then she got knocked up by a guy for like two seconds who at first denied paternity . . . until the DNA tests came back. Then Hurley married some rich Indian guy named Arun Nayar and the two of them seemed happy until this past week when she was spotted kissing Australian cricket ace (and frequent guest on BadJocks) Shane Warne. Now Mr. Nayar is not only unhappy, he’s also planning to file for divorce and could name Warne as one of the causes in the legal papers.

Last time Shane graced our pages was in 2006 when . . . well, let’s pull the file and let the story speak for itself:

In July (2005) Warne’s marriage ended after reports that he stripped naked in front of a hot 25-year-old before begging her for sex. In 2003 he got in trouble with his then fiancée (and now ex-wife) after she found sexually explicit text messages to another woman on his cell phone. In almost all those cases Warne got in trouble when he visited the UK for matches . . . something about the great teeth of British women, no doubt? Anyway, his latest scandal is classic: Warne was secretly videotaped by two topless models–Emma Kearney and Coralie Eichholtz–while having sex at their apartment. According to the News of the World, Shane “raced from Southampton up to Emma’s posh flat in Knightsbridge, West London, at the end of the day’s play against Middlesex, clutching two bottles of Dom Perignon and a half bottle of vodka.” In the photos he’s not only seen stripping to his Playboy logo underwear, but also playing with a giant inflatable penis. All in naughty, grainy black and white images that look like they were shot on a bank security cam. The trio got together after–you guessed it–Warne sent one of the young ladies some naughty text messages, including one that allegedly talked about his ex-wife’s complaints about his sexual appetite, “That’s why I got divorced. She said that I was killing her…I m********* twice a day… the last year its been out of control. I got it so bad need action baby.”

Liz Hurley’s husband is demanding to know when she embarked on her affair with Australian cricket legend Shane Warne. Textile tycoon Arun Nayar is said to be “furious” over revelations that his wife of three years is having a fling with Warne. Lawyers have told Arun that he can serve divorce papers on the cricketer as part of any proceedings, but only if he wishes to petition his wife on the grounds of “inappropriate behaviour”.

Swimwear model Hurley, 45, who was pictured kissing former spin bowler Warne last week, claimed she had separated from Arun “a few months ago”. But she was spotted wearing her wedding ring on December 4 and the couple were pictured at an event on November 17.

UK Cricket Star Arrested for DUI While Going to Buy Screwdriver to Rescue Cat

We’ve heard a lot of excuses for jocks drunk driving over the years, but this is a first: some guy named Graeme Swann was arrested earlier this year for DUI near his home in Nottingham, England. He and his friends had been out boozing the night before and he made it home safely only to discover that his cat was trapped under the floorboards at his home. So, of course, he sets out at 3 o’clock in the morning in search of a store that’s open so he can . . . buy a screwdriver? Why no just call the fire brigade, eh? Or maybe take an axe to the floor? All perfectly good options. But no, he had to get in his car and drive drunk.

Dumbass.

England cricketer Graeme Swann said he was driving to buy screwdrivers to rescue a trapped cat when he was arrested for drunk driving, a court has heard. The Nottinghamshire off-spinner, ranked the third best Test bowler in the world, was stopped near his home in Nottingham, central England, on April 2.

Nottingham Magistrates’ Court heard how the 31-year-old Swann told police that he had discovered his pet trapped under the floorboards after returning home from a night out with friends. He then headed out in his white Porsche Cayenne luxury sports vehicle towards a supermarket branch when he was pulled over.

Police Constable Steven Denniss told the court he stopped Swann shortly after 3:00am because he was driving a high-performance car in an area hit by a spate of burglaries. “Mr Swann stated he had been out that evening and had come back to find his cat trapped under the floorboards in his house. He had gone to fetch some screwdrivers to remove some floorboards,” the officer said.

Newly Married Pakistani Cricket Star in Trouble Over Previous "Phone Marriage"

Don’t you just hate it when you get married to a hot lady tennis player, only to remember later that you were once married over the telephone to a woman you never met, but suspected was ugly? That kind of thing happens so often, we hardly even report it anymore here at BadJocks.

INDIAN police today seized Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik’s passport while he was quizzed at the home of his fiancee, tennis player Sania Mirza, over claims he is already married. Preparations for the sporting stars’ cross-border wedding have been marred by allegations that Malik married an Indian woman Ayesha Siddiqui “by telephone” in 2002.

Mirza and Malik’s marriage plans have already generated huge public interest across Pakistan and India, two countries normally locked in fierce rivalry. Now Siddiqui’s claims have created a scandal. “It is a preliminary investigation. The Siddiqui family have lodged a complaint and police are verifying the facts,” Indhra Pradesh state police chief R.R. Girish Kumar said. “His passport has been seized by police.”

In an interview with The Times of India, Malik said he began a telephone relationship with Siddiqui in 2001 after she sent him photographs. He and his family repeatedly attempted to meet Siddiqui as he wanted to marry her but she always refused, he said. Malik admitted to the newspaper that in 2002 that he signed a “nikahnama” (wedding agreement) “thinking the girl I was marrying was the one in the photographs.”

But “the girl who was accepting the proposal was someone else,” he said, without giving further details. In a bizarre twist, Malik claimed he had spent time with Ayesha Siddiqui’s “elder sister” who told him that Ayesha would not meet him as she had put on weight. Malik said he now believes the “sister” was actually Ayesha herself.
