Usually the players have their game shorts underneath. But not this time, which is unfortunate for both Mr. Loftin and the player, Callie Merriman, 15. According to reports, Merriman left her shorts at home that day, went home to get them, but had not put them on as she and other players waited to board a bus for an away game. Once depantsed, she slumped to the floor to cover herself.

The school will not say how Loftin has been disciplined, but local police are investigating.

According to police, Talley attempted to contact one of the two girls he is accused of having a relationship at the place where she worked. After posting bond again, Talley is once again back on the street.

According to KNOX:

He is accused of engaging in sexual conduct and inappropriate physical contact with one of the girls in April, May, June, September and October. Police say he also approached a second female student over the course of more than one school year. In that case, court papers show he attempted to solicit sex from that girl from March 19-22, 2010, and then again from May 1-16, 2011.

That’s not to say that what cheerleading coach Manuel Batson (CT) did was right, but it does make you think that we need to come up with new laws to cover today’s sex-filled environment? Basically, Batson is accused of sending naked pictures of himself in exchange for getting naked pictures from one of his cheerleading students. A crime? Yes. Impairing the morals of a minor? We’ll let the court decide that.

Okay, maybe that’s a stupid question, but it still doesn’t explain why an assistant high school football coach would think that it was a good idea. You might want to ask Mike Pickering, 40, the former assistant at Staples High School (Connecticut) who now faces charges of three counts of risk of injury to a minor. (The tipster on this story asked if that meant that the boys had “injured” themselves from excessive self pleasuring.) According to police, Pickering told them that the squad had some issues and that supplying the players with the porn site access would–and we’re quoting him here–”create camaraderie among members of the team.”

Better than a thumb up your rectum, I guess.

Here’s the interesting part: Schuler and her attorney (along with a psychologist who will likely be laughed at during his next professional conference) claimed that some minor pre-existing medical and physical ailments combined with her vegan diet and use of alcohol and an antidepressant resulted in some kind of “perfect storm” that reportedly impaired her ability to tell right from wrong. That being, of course, that it’s wrong to get drunk with five underage boys and have sex with them.

As a result of the conviction, Schuler faces four years in prison.

The texts and phone call records were discovered by the girls mother.

At least one report claims the only reason she survived her attempt at vehicular cliff diving is that the OnStar system in her SUV notified police. Okay, so her story is not likely to be used by General Motors in a commercial to promote the vehicle monitoring system, but it’s a thought. “OnStar saved my life . . . so I could go to jail for 30 years and end up old and withered and unable to attract another underage boy for sex. Thanks OnStar!”

Now out of the hospital, Preston faces three counts of having unlawful sexual relations for acts committed with the young lads between Sept. 1 and Dec. 31, 2010. If convicted she could receive up to 30 years in prison.

As for her mug shot: not sure why the Kansas cops used such harsh lighting on her, but those eyes look right through you, don’t they? She WILL steal your soul if you look at her long enough.

This story is also strange in that the accused claims to accidentally dropped his cell phone into a boiler after he learned that cops where looking for him. No matter, the young woman involved claims that Athens High School girls varsity basketball coach Rory McKellips secretly bought her a cell phone after her parents banned her from receiving calls and texts from him.  She later claimed that she sent him photos from the phone of her in her bra and panties. Undoubtedly her phone contained enough evidence for cops to decide to press charges against him.  The victim also claims the pair had sex three times at his home while his wife was at work.  According to the story, coach McKellips wife is the one who posted the $25,000 bail to get him out of jail.

For his part, McKellips only admits to kissing the girl once on the cheek at his him in front of his wife.  He charged with felony offenses of repeated sexual assault of a child, exposing genitalia and using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, and each count carries a maximum prison sentence of 40 years.

Usually these types of cases don’t have a lot of details, but this one is the exception. Police say that Crumley would buy the girl breakfast and then had sexual encounters with her in a variety of places such as his classroom, the locker room, the gym and his house. Another part of the report claims that the coach was friends with one victims mother and that when the two came over to his house the accused would attempt “. . . sexual acts (with the girl) while her mother was distracted.”

And to top things off, one of the girls reportedly told police that Crumley sent her a text message during a track meet that said, “I wish I was the shorts that you are wearing.”Classy!
