Female Coach Accused of Giving Booze to Boy, Sexing Him Up Good

You know the drill by now: female coach, underage boys, booze, a hotel room, sex (allegedly) and then jail. Don't any of these fools read BadJocks? Other sites may have the story, but we have her mug shot picture!

Joey Strong, 35, of Ausable Forks, faces felony third-degree rape and misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child and first-degree unlawful dealing with a child in connection with the alleged tryst, which police said took place at a Queensbury hotel in March, according to court documents obtained by WPTZ.com.

School principal Jean Pulsifer told WPTZ.com that the woman had coached girls basketball as a volunteer for eight years at the school, but also said she was not an employee at the school.

Pulsifer said in a statement, "The incident for which Mrs. Strong has been accused has nothing to do with her association with holy name school. during her time as a volunteer coach no policies were broken or infringed upon." On March 30, Strong allegedly brought Coors Light beer to several underage people at the Comfort Suites, police said, and had sex with the boy that night.

"Freak Wind" Flips Golf Cart, Traps Players Underneath

We haven't seen the police report on this one, but we're call BS on a report that a "strong winds" flipped over a golf cart at the Beekman Country Club in East Fishkill, NY. Really? There was no booze or horseplay involved?

Police received a report at 1:19 p.m. of "a person pinned under a golf cart," Sgt. Kevin Keefe said. When police arrived, the two golfers - one man was from Croton, the other from the Town of Cortlandt - had gotten out from under the golf cart. They suffered minor injuries, refused treatment and continued their game, he said.

The National Weather Service in Albany said a "dust devil" might be to blame. National Weather Service meteorologist Joe Villani said dry, clear conditions combined with wind and sunlight can cause "tiny little formations." Villani likened them to eddy with "enough velocity to move objects."

High School Sued Over Cheerleader Tryouts

You know it's spring time in Texas when the blue bonnets are in bloom and the parents of high school girls are suing school districts over cheerleading tryouts.

Football is serious business in the Lone Star State and so is cheerleading. Typically, if we hear of a naughty cheerleader incident, we usually assume it took place in Texas . . . and most times we're right. The latest? HS girl Savannah Payne, 17, missed too many days of school and is given an in-school suspension, meaning she can't try out for cheerleading her senior year. Horrors! Savannah's mom, Lisa Halbert, now says she missed those days because of illness (no doctor's notes) and has sued the Whitney Independent School District to stop the cheerleading tryouts early in April. Not surprisingly, others at the school are not happy with little Savannah and have threatened to damage her car.

Coach/Cop Arrested for Biting Football Player on Nose

How does something like this happen? Upset with your team's play? Maybe you punch a wall or a kid, kick a locker or something, but bite a kid on the nose? You'd think the CSI guys would be able to extract your DNA from the wound, but maybe I've been watching too much TV lately. Of course, the coach/cop denies it happened, but something like that would be hard to cover up, wouldn't it?

A Lake Wales police officer and football coach has been charged with battery after he allegedly bit a player on the nose last fall. Burney Hayes is a police sergeant and junior varsity football coach at Lake Wales High School.

According to reports, Hayes bit the player because he was upset with the way his team was performing during a game in October. The boy, who was 15 years old at the time, told an investigator that he was scarred and embarrassed after the incident.

Hayes denied that he bit the boy, and said he didn't do anything inappropriate. The Polk County State Attorney's Office says several students have testified that they saw Hayes bite the alleged victim.

High School Volleyball Coach Arrested for Lewd Act in Public Park

It's 8 o'clock in the morning on a school day. Do you know where your high school volleyball coach is? Not so fast Southlake Carroll Senior High School!

Wyvonne Walling, 45, is--or was--the girls volleyball coach at the Roanoke, Texas school until her arrest this week. According to police, officers were called to Fairplay Park following a report of a suspicious pick-up truck. When officers approached the vehicle, they found Walling performing a sex act on the aptly named Barry Luckie, also 45, the manager of the local Kroger store. (Not sure why that is relevant, but if the police took time to put it in their report, it must be significant or could help sausages sales at the store.) The happy couple each posted $1,000 bail and were released. The police report doesn't say if the couple was able to complete the lewd act or not, but likely their arrest ruined the mood.

According to a school district spokesperson, despite her arrest Walling is still under contract. In addition to per coaching duties (and early morning servicing of grocery store managers) Walling is also the interim girl’s athletic director, head of the physical education department, assistant track coach and teaches also finds time to teach a TEEN leadership class. Surprisingly, she does NOT teach sex education, although that might change after this arrest. At right, Wyvonne Walling's mug shot picture.

Teacher Resigns After Taking Cheerleaderes to Gay Strip Club

Was that wrong of him? Really? Sounds like kind of a gray area . . . like a common mistake that ANY of us could make. Taking high school girls to a gay strip club? What's the big deal? The good news: all the "victims" were HS Cheerleaders, raising our Naughty Cheerleader count for the year to a more normal level.
Here's more from Cincinnati.com:

A Butler Tech teacher resigned Thursday after being investigated by the Butler County career school for allegedly taking four Edgewood High School students to a male, gay strip bar in Dayton in February. Bill Solazzo, spokesman for Butler Tech, said 47-year-old Lori Epperson took four female students - ages 17 and 18 -- to the strip bar.

Solazzo said Butler Tech officials learned of allegations about the incident earlier this month and placed Epperson, who teaches marketing for Butler Tech at Edgewood High School, on paid leave while it investigated. Epperson joined Butler Tech's teaching staff last year after receiving a provisional teaching license.

According to Solazzo, the girls -- all cheerleaders at Edgewood High School -- had approached the teacher about the strip club idea. The girls were students in Epperson's marketing class offered in the Edgewood schools through the Butler Tech program. Epperson also previously served as a coach for the district's eighth-grade cheerleaders.

China Caught Cheating at Sports, Again!

Remember all the controversy over the Beijing Olympics and the underage gymnasts? Well, that country is once again at the center of a cheating scandal, this time involving a girls soccer team that won an international terminal last week. Yeah, I know it's just soccer, but still. Here's more from WTOP:

A Chinese high school team that won an international girl's soccer tournament last week in Turkey had secretly bulked up its squad with players from the junior national team, the official Xinhua News Agency reported.
The team from Daping Junior High beat other high school squads from Turkey, Brazil, Sweden, and Italy in early round matches, before defeating a team from France in the semifinals and a German side in the final, Xinhua said.
While several of the junior national team players did attend Daping, the bulk of the team representing the school was made up of junior national team players who did not attend the school, according to the report issued late Thursday.
According to the official regulations posted on the International School Sport Federation's Web site, all players participating in the tournament must be enrolled full time in the schools they played for.

Little League Coach Arrested for Selling Drugs, Having Gun

Well, at least he wasn't having sex with an underage girl! The real question here is: how did the league hire a guy with more than 22 other prior arrests ranging from disorderly conduct to theft and assault. So what about those background checks everyone's supposed to do? This league says they can't afford them! Here's more from WKRG:

Mobile Police arrested Marlon Wade this afternoon. Authorities say he had over $24,000 dollars worth of Cocaine and a gun. The 35 year old has been coaching youth baseball with the Saraland Baseball Association for the past six years. At the same time Police say he's run up a wrap sheet with 22 arrests, ranging from disorderly conduct to theft and assault. The S.B.A. says they rely on the honor system because they can't afford to do background checks."It's expensive to do them, but that's not an excuse. We have 150 coaches in the baseball park. I talked to some independent agencies. It's 40 dollars per coach to do a background check, so you're talking about six thousand dollars. We don't get City funding," said Todd Edge, Commissioner for the Saraland Baseball Association.

Suma Master Could Get Seven Years in Jail for Hazing

Sumo hazing? Sumo hazing? Really?

I suppose, considering the crazy things they do on Japanese TV, we should not be surprised at this. Although I did think that sumo wrestling was always a dignified sport . . . except for the part where they hire young boys to serve as official butt wipers for the guys too fat to reach around for themselves. But OTHER THAN THAT, sumo seemed above all the usual sports crap. But no, hazing is apparently as much a part of this sport as any. Here's more from Japan Today:

Prosecutors on Tuesday demanded seven years in prison for a former sumo elder accused of ordering wrestlers at his stable to assault a 17-year-old grappler who later died from related injuries. During hearings at the Nagoya District Court in the high-profile case that has marred Japan’s national sport, Junichi Yamamoto, 59, apologized to the relatives of the victim, Takashi Saito, over the 2007 incident in Aichi Prefecture, but denied giving an order to assault him.

The case has already seen three other wrestlers in the stable convicted in a separate trial. According to the indictment, Yamamoto beat Saito with a beer bottle and ordered the wrestlers to hit him on June 25, 2007. On the following day, they also subjected Saito to what they called ‘‘exercise’’ for about 30 minutes, slamming him on the sumo ring and hitting him with a metal bat. Saito later died from shock as a result of multiple trauma.

Female Teacher/Coach Indicted for Sex With Girl, 14

Another week, another high school coach sex scandal. This time though, the accused is a female coach & teacher, Jennifer Lea Burton, a rather attractive woman at 39 (no mug shot yet, but this must be a school picture of some kind). She, of course, should have know better, but authorities say she had an "inappropriate relationship" with a 14-year-old girl. At first, Burton was put on administrative leave for two weeks when the allegations surfaced, but has since resigned since the local grand jury handed down the indictment. The former coach faces three counts of felony sexual assault and three counts of felony improper relationship between an educator and student. And, apparently, this was not a one time incident as reports say the relationship took place between September 2008 through November 2008.

If convicted, Burton could get from two years probation to 20 years in prison and a fine of $10,000 for each count. (KFDM)

Volunteer Floor Hockey Coach Accused of Sex Assaults

You never want to judge a book by it's cover, but what's your reaction when you see this guy's mug shot? We immediately thought he looked like Otto, the autopilot from the movie Airplane! Or maybe Flounder from Animal House? Either way, he's creepy us out.

Everyone in Bloomington, Minnesota however, must have thought he was a nice guy, because they let him coach 8 and 10-year-old girls floor hockey and softball teams. One lady even let him babysit her girls . . . for years! Everything seemed fine until Randy Lee Ronning was spotted touching one of the girls in an inappropriate manner while the family stayed at a Days Inn. The cops were called and the children were taken to a local hospital where they were examined. It was there that one of the kids told police that Ronning had assaulted her several times over the PAST SEVEN YEARS when he took care of them while their mother was away. Cops did some digging on Ronning and also found out that he was a volunteer coach. And here's where the lawsuits will start: apparently the Bloomington Athletic Association does not do background checks on coaches, mostly because the majority of its volunteers are parents . . . except for Ronning who had previously been convicted of fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct back in 1992. Coach Resigns After Hazing Allegations Surface: Girls Force to Swim Naked in Pool

Our second hazing report this week and again, not the worst hazing we've ever heard of, but another one of those that makes you wonder if coaches--especially HS coaches--get it.

This time we have a softball team at a motel on spring break and--allegedly--the freshmen were forced into the pool and then told to take off some of their clothes. They had to remain there for 5 to 10 minutes. The coach allegedly approved the "team building activity" and now she's out of a job and the school is split over whether this was hazing or not. Based on some of the comments posted below the story, it sounds like no one is even sure of the facts. Here's more from WATE:

Anderson County High School head softball coach Heather Branum has resigned from her coaching position Monday while she was under investigation for a possible hazing incident. The incident in question happened while the team was in Myrtle Beach playing in a spring break tournament.

According to Principal Greg Deal, before she resigned, Branum was suspended for five games, or about two weeks. Along with coaching softball, Branum is also a special education teacher at the high school. She hasn't been suspended from teaching.

6 News spoke Monday with the parent of one of the girls on the softball team. According to the parent, the hazing was directed at freshmen on the team who were forced by teammates to get undressed and remain in a swimming pool for 10 minutes.
The parent also says Branum watched the incident and threatened the girls with running laps if they told others about the incident.

In her resignation letter, Branum writes:

"It is with my deepest regret that I submit my resignation as the Head Coach of the Anderson County Softball team. During a recent spring break trip, an event occurred that I am extremely sorry that I allowed to happen and I take full responsibility. I would never do anything to put my team in harm's way or embarrass my team. There is nothing that I wouldn't do for any of my girls if they needed me. In the past two years, I've learned a lot about how hard it is to be a coach in today's environment and I am still learning. Please accept this letter of resignation with my sincerest apologies."

Hazing or Not Hazing? Girls on Soccer Team Forced to Eat Dog Food

And no, this is not the worst thing we have ever heard of when it comes to hazing. One of the stupidest? Maybe . . . especially when you consider that--according to reports--both the coach and a parent were there when this happened. Other players claim it was a "team-building exercise" (where have we heard that before?) while the 14-year-old victim's family says it was unnecessarily humiliating. Before you dismiss this one though, keep in mind that in Nebraska where this incident took place the legal definition of hazing includes "forced consumption of any food, liquor, beverage, drug or harmful substance not generally intended for human consumption." The story also quotes our good friend and hazing expert Dr. Susan Lipkins who--once again--points out that just because the victims of hazing appear to be having a good time while it's happening, that may not really be the case. And the willingness to participate does NOT allow the hazers to escape punishment. Here's more from The Omaha World Herald:

It was billed as an event to help competitive, driven soccer players bond as teammates. It ended with a 14-year-old girl quitting the team in humiliation after being pressured to eat dog food. Her parents are questioning whether the team-building exercise actually was hazing.

Some other parents described it as silly fun, but the president of the Gladiator Soccer Club said the incident was "totally inappropriate" and has led to discussion about new rules targeting hazing. Such incidents are not uncommon, a national hazing expert said, and grow out of a mistaken belief that they help team members grow closer.

"Hazing goes on every single day," said Susan Lipkins, a psychologist for more than 20 years based in Port Washington, N.Y. "There is a myth that hazing builds teams, and it doesn't." Lori and James Gigantelli's daughter felt she would be ostracized if she didn't eat the dog treat. So she put it in her mouth. She was ordered to chew it up and swallow it. When no one was looking, she spit it out.

"I truly think the intent was for team bonding and to get these girls together, but it was done with poor judgment," said Lori Gigantelli. "It was an act of humiliation. It was wrong."

Harlan Milder, president of the select soccer league, said that because of the incident the coach is being supervised by the club's director of coaching. The coach was present during the incident, along with a parent who organized the event.

At least two other parents of team members said they didn't consider the incident hazing. The girls "were laughing and chuckling about it," said Joni Brunssen. "I know hazing is a bad thing but, honestly, I never associated what they did with that." Pete Hanika agreed. "It was just girls being silly. . . . It wasn't a big deal at all."

Tasered by Cops: Buffalo Bills DB Donte Whitner Hit With Stun Gun Outside Cleveland Bar

What a shocking turn of events! No, not that Buffalo Bills defensive back Donte Whitner was tasered by cops. What we're talking about is the sudden decrease in Naughty Cheerleaders in 2009. So far only 2 incidents to report. Tasered by Cops? 3! Three incidents and it's only April. I think we had 8 all of last year, so at this pace would should pass that, but the real story is the complete lack of effort on the part of our young ladies out there. Where are the girls who get drunk at the basketball game? No new squad member hazings? We haven't even had our annual "Texas parents filing lawsuit because their daughter didn't make the team" story. It's really puzzling: either the girls have learned a lesson and are now living on the straight and narrow (doubtful) or the schools and local cops are covering for them (more likely.) So we're sending out a rarely used BadJocks Reader APB: find us some naughty cheerleaders! High school, college, the pros . . . doesn't matter.

We do want to be clear: we don't want our readers to intentionally entrap these girls or force them to do something wrong. But if you happen to hear of something, or come across even the most remotely related story in your local paper, let us know ASAP. You can leave tips in the comments section below or email us at BadJocks@Yahoo.com.

Oh, and it looks like Miami Dolphins wide receiver Ted Ginn Jr. was having a birthday party at teh House of Blues in downtown Cleveland when some kind of disturbance broke out in the parking lot. Cops were called and as they were trying to calm things down, Whitner tried to push his way past officers. They tried to arrest him, he allegedly tried to get away and they zapped him. The NFL rookie was taken to jail, but they're trying to decide if they want to press charges or not. (Fox 8)

Soccer Referee Nailed in Head With Coin During Match

This is not the first time we've heard about soccer hooligans throwing things on the pitch during a game: bottles, cans, light flares . . . you name it. I suppose a coin isn't the worst thing that could be tossed, but from a distance and thrown just right, apparently (when you see the picture) it can leave a mark.

Here's more form Wales Online:

CARDIFF CITY manager Dave Jones insisted that the supporter who struck referee Mike Dean with a coin ruined an otherwise pulsating South Wales derby. Jones slammed as “crazy” the actions of the Bluebirds fan, who cut open Dean’s forehead and left him with blood trickling down his face in the 42nd minute of yesterday’s clash against arch-rivals Swansea City. Adding to Jones’ criticism, Bluebirds chairman Peter Ridsdale said the fan responsible would be banned from Cardiff City games for life.
The thrower was identified by stewards and fellow supporters soon after Dean was struck. Police said one man had been arrested in connection with the incident, but more were guilty of throwing “missiles” on to the pitch. Meanwhile, a further five arrests were made outside the ground. Cardiff City could now face an FAW probe into the incident, which once again scarred the club’s reputation.

High School Baseball Coach Suspended After Snake Beheaded, Buried Under Pitcher's Mound

There's nothing new about jocks being superstitious: baseball players wear their "rally caps" when the team is behind late in the game, some players refuse to change their underwear for fear or ending a scoring streak, and opposing teams claimed they could tell if it was going to rain or not by size of the shadow cast by Barry Bonds' huge head. But this latest incident, at a high school in Florida, is among some of the stranger reports we've seen in many years. What would make you think that if your team was "snake bit" as they say (a string of unexplained bad luck) that actually killing a snake and burying it on the field would break that jinx? This little walk on the voodoo wild side might cost one coach his job. Here's the details from Tampa Bay Online:

Palm Harbor University baseball coach Jeremy Albrecht has been temporarily relieved of his duties while the Sheriff's Office investigates allegations that he was involved in the purchase, killing and burial of a snake in the team's field, Pinellas County schools spokesperson Andrea Zahn said. Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Cecilia Barreda said that according to the school resource officers, they and school officials on Monday dug "in and around the field and nothing was found." Barreda went on to say that the allegations appear to be unfounded.

PHU senior second baseman Zach Sobel said it was the players who bought the snake, killed it with a shovel and buried it on the pitcher's mound. He did not say which players bought the snake or killed it, but did say that no one objected to the action. "We were on a losing streak and coach said we were snake-bitten," Sobel said. "So we just kind of went with it. It's unfortunate because our coach could lose his job over this and he shouldn't. We don't deserve this."

Albrecht, a third-year coach who has led the Hurricanes to a 9-9 record this season, was not present when the snake was killed, according to Sobel. Albrecht said he can't comment while an investigation is ongoing.

Former Gonzaga Star/Current HS Coach Accused of Sex With Player

Does anyone remember Raenna Jewell when she played basketball for Gonzaga? Yeah, neither do we, but apparently she scored more than 1000 points while she was there. And, likely, she did a lot more scoring away from the gym as well.

Cops in Pinal County, Arizona have arrested the Apache Junction High School freshman girls basketball and softball coach in connection with what is being called an "inappropriate relationship." The victim in this case is not a male student but one of her own 16-year-old players.

According to reports, Jewell, 25, was first arrested on suspicion of sexual conduct with a minor back on March 29, three days after cops received a report from the victim's mother about some "suspicious text messages" being exchanged between her daughter and Jewell. Uh, oh.

While investigating that complaint, authorities discovered that there was, in fact, something going on between these two and obtained evidence that Jewell reportedly sent the girl inappropriate images (let your imagination go with that thought for a second) via text messaging on her cell phone. Yeah, they confiscated her cell for that one.

Naked Man Streaks Little League Game

You know, if you going to go to jail for streaking a sporting event, probably best to do it in front of hundreds or thousands of adoring fans . . . not 40 bored parents at a Little League game. Dumbass!

Here's more from TC Palm:

Police are looking for a man who streaked naked across a baseball field Thursday night as a game was under way, according to a report released Friday. A park employee told investigators the naked man ran about 7:20 p.m. through a baseball field in Sportsman's Park near Prima Vista and Airoso boulevards.

The streaker, described as an 18-year-old white man of slim build, reportedly was seen by about 40 people, the park employee said. The man is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall with long dark hair. The naked man ran east across the outfield before hopping the third-base fence and getting in a small, white older model Chrysler parked in front of Port St. Lucie Elementary School. The car drove west on Northwest Marion Street.

Coach, Accused of Sex With Girl, Burns Down Own House in Fake Hate Crime

You know how when you're deep in a hole they tell you to stop digging? Well, not only did this guy keep digging, he called in a back hoe and really dug a big one. Here's the story as I understand it:

Back in 2007, James H. Clay, a coach at the Troy Christian schools (Ohio) was accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl. Within several days of that arrest, someone broke into Clay's home and started a fire. The coach and his two small children managed to escape, only to find that Clay's car had been spray-painted with the words "guilty," "leave" and a racial epithet. Not surprisingly, local and national groups sprung to Clay's defense for this hate crime.

Eventually Clay was convicted of sexual battery and is serving 5 years in prison. Now, however, after a lengthy police investigation, he has also been indicted by a grand jury for aggravated arson. Seems that investigators think HE set the fire and that there was no racist vigilantes after all. (Dayton Daily News)

Baseball Coach Resigns After Taking Players to Strip Club

Well, it was a road trip! And, to be fair, the boys were likley over 18. But, then again, taking players from your team to a gentleman's club is probably NOT the best team-building exercise you could come up with. Here's more on the story from KGW:

Lincoln High School varsity baseball coach Michael Todd has resigned his position effective immediately with Portland Public Schools, the district announced. The resignation comes amidst allegations that he accompanied three Lincoln baseball players to an 18-and-over strip club while the team was in San Francisco for a spring break baseball tournament.

Portland schools spokesperson Matt Shelby said he believed all three of the players were over 18 years old. The district is forwarding the case to a commission on teacher practices and ethics for further review even though Todd, 25, resigned before the district had a chance to investigate the claims, Shelby said. Todd cited "personal reasons" for his resignation, which came on Friday. Two other volunteer coaches also resigned over the incident, the school district said.

Texas Football Coach Breaks Paddle Spanking Boy Who Quit Team, Wanted to Return

Only 21 licks to get back on the team? Doesn't seem like a lot until you hear that the paddle broke in the middle and had to be duct taped together to continue the "licking." You gotta love Texas HS football, don't you?

Here's more from the Houston Chronicle:

A high school football coach beat a student so severely with a "canoe paddle" that the wood board cracked and had to be taped so the "licking" could resume, a Dallas school district report said. The Lincoln High School student suffered severe bruising and welts to his lower back, upper thighs and buttocks and was referred to a doctor for treatment, according to the report obtained by The Dallas Morning News.

"The report, unfortunately, speaks for itself and is, to say the least, disturbing," Dallas schools spokesman Jon Dahlander said in Thursday's newspaper. Paddling is legal in Texas but prohibited in Dallas public schools. No criminal charges have been filed and school district police suspended their investigation because of a lack of evidence in the 2007 case.

The student received up to 21 strikes from then head football coach Jerry Sands after being removed from the team. Sands decided the student would have to endure the paddling to return, according the report. In an affidavit, Sands wrote that he wanted to help the student "make it in life." "It was never my intent to hurt (the student). If anything, I was trying to help him," he wrote.

Gymnastics Coach Accused of Giving Bottle of Booze to Teen as Reward

Good Idea: Rewarding teen aged athletes for their hard work.
Bad Idea: Making the reward in the form of booze.

Cops in in Port Jefferson Station, N.Y say 22-year-old Spins Gymnastics Academy gymnastics coach Steven "Was That Wrong?" Lamensdorf wanted to reward a 14-year-old female gymnast for completing a difficult move. The reward? A bottle of Malibu rum.

So what did the girl do with the booze? Hide in her closet for later? Nope, according to cops she drank enough of it to make herself sick and end up in the hospital . . . which is where this whole story likely started to unravel.

Nope to coaches everywhere: booze is probably not the best way to reward your under aged athletes, no matter what they tell you. (UPI)

PGA Golfer Dustin Johnson Arrested for DUI, Slapped With $2200 Fine

He hasn't even gone to trial yet on drunk driving charges (that's not until August 10) but golf pro Dustin Johnson, in his second year on the PGA Tour, has already had to write one of those big paychecks to Surfside Beach, South Carolina. According to police reports, Dustin was arrested at 12:46 a.m. on March 30 on Glenns Bay Road in Surfside Beach by an officer with the S.C. Highway Patrol. No word on his BAC yet (so no way to tell if he's made the World Famous BadJocks BAC Rankings) but the fine he was slapped with--$2267--indicates that his Breathalyzer test result was 0.16% or greater.
