TMZ Reporting Charles Barkley Popped for DUI - Pictures!

UPDATE: Charles Barkley Tells Cops After DUI Arrest That He Was Driving to Get Blow Job - And you thought he wouldn't hae a good reason for getting caught drunk driving? Here's more from the report by our friends at TheSmokingGun.com:
Following his arrest earlier today for drunk driving, Charles Barkley told Arizona cops that he ran a stop sign because he was in a hurry to pick up a girl who had "given him a 'blow job' one week earlier," which the former NBA star described as "the best one he had ever had in his life." According to a Gilbert Police Department report, a copy of which you'll find here, police asked Barkley where he was going at the time of the 1:26 AM traffic stop in Scottsdale. "You want the truth? I was gonna drive around the corner and get a blow job," answered Barkley, who is pictured in the below mug shot. A cooperative Barkley also joked with a civilian police employee that, "I'll tattoo your name on my ass" if it would get him out of the DUI charge.

EARLIER: Not much to this story so far, except some great pictures of what TMZ.com claims is former NBA star and current TV commentator Charles Barkley being arrested for drunk driving.

Former Patriot, Current HS Football "Coach of the Year" Accused of Child Rape

By all accounts, former New England Patriot Danny Villa, 44, was a model football coach at Walpole High School in Massachusetts. Just weeks ago he lead his undefeated Walpole Rebels to a 41-21 victory over Mansfield Hornets to win the Division 2 Super Bowl for the first time in 11 years. He was also named “Coach of the Year” on the “Patriots All Access” show. But then a parent stepped forward with evidence of a the relationship with a female student after discovering "inappropriate" text messages from Villa on their daughter on her cell phone. They contacted Superintendent Lincoln Lynch when then immediately put Villa on paid administrative leave last week called him in for a meeting, just before Christmas. When confronted with the allegations, Villa resigned all three of the positions he at Walpole High School. But then, an odd thing happened: Villa took off to Arizona for Christmas, leaving behind his wife and children. Eventually the cops were able to locate him at his parents home there and it looks like Villa will wave extradition back to Massachusetts to face the charges that include three counts of rape of a child over 14 and three counts of enticing a minor. Hope Jacoby, Tustin High School Athletic Trainer Arrested on Suspicion of Oral Copulation of a Minor Charges

Just as 2008 winds down we start getting a slew of new High School Coach Sex Scandal stories. Okay, Hope Jacoby is tecnically not a coach--she's an athletic trainer--but she is still an adult with oversight responsibility over underage athletes and someone who allegedly should know better. At she is good looking and blond. What else do we need for a classic bad jock story?
At right, Hope Jacoby's mug shot picture. Anyone found her MySpace or Facebook page yet? Here's the full story from the LA Times:

An athletic trainer at Tustin High School has been arrested on suspicion of engaging in unlawful sex acts with a student at the school, an Orange County sheriff's spokesman said Wednesday. Hope Jacoby, 23, who has worked with athletes at the school for the last year, was arrested last week on suspicion of oral copulation of a minor and unlawful sex with a minor, said Sheriff's Department spokesman Jim Amormino.
Sheriff's deputies were informed of the unlawful acts by someone who saw a text message photograph, Amormino said. The boy was between 14 and 17 years old. Jacoby, who lives in San Juan Capistrano, was jailed in lieu of $100,000 bail, Amormino said. Investigators believe there may have been other victims, he said.

Think any other "victims" will want to come forward?

"How About All of the Above" - Latest HS Coach Sex Scandal is Crazy

Most of our high school coach sex scandals at BadJocks are pretty typical. The coach meets up with a young woman or young man at school, they flirt for a while and then have sex somewhere (usually a parked car) and get caught. This latest case (#195 for the year for those of you keeping score at home) is a bit different. According to police Doug Hunt, 51, and elementary school art teacher who coaches high school soccer in Jefferson County (WV)has been arrested after office say they caught him paying for sex with two fictitious girls.
Hunt allegedly responded to an online ad, allegedly placed by a desperate mother who had two underage daughters she was willing to pimp out to the highest bidder. The ad was actually placed by an undercover office, and read "38 female, and two daughters (HS) looking for fun times, willing 2 please, me - red hair, petite, my gurls r gorgous. one blond & one red hair, tough times for a single mom out of work, donations gratefully taken." Hmm, sounds fishy, but apparently not fishy enough for Hunt who, according to the affidavit, responded to that ad with: "Hi, I just read your post on CL and am very interested in getting together. I will definitely help with a generous donation. Do you have any pics? What kind of things are you into? I am pretty open, but must be discrete as I am married. Hope to hear soon, Doug."
At that point, the surprised detective responded: "hi, which one or both 12 or 13?"
At that point, Hunt replied with what will become a BadJocks Classic Phrase: "I AM NOT GOOD WITH CHOICES, LOL, HOW ABOUT ALL OF THE ABOVE." (Caps in original response.)And to top things off, Coach Hunt actually used a phone at Shepherdstown Elementary to arrange a meeting with the mother and her "daughters" at nearby hotel.
The encounter between "mother" and Hunt is described in the arrest affidavit as follows:
He approached Detective Kara and they introduced themselves to each other. Detective Kara asked Doug if he brought condoms with him. He stated that he did not. Detective Kara told Doug that it was okay, there were condoms in the hotel room and the girls knew where they were, just to ask them for some when he entered the room. Doug agreed and stated that he would use them. Detective Kara reminded Doug that he was not allowed to have sexual intercourse with the 12-year-old female because she was still a virgin. He was informed that he was only supposed to "mess around with her." She also informed him that he could have sexual intercourse with the "older one". Doug again agreed to this stipulation. Detective Kara stated that she was going out to have dinner and that she would be back in approximately one hour at which time she would knock on the door to the hotel room. Detective Kara asked Doug,: "Are you still cool with $200.00 for both of them?" Doug said:"Yes." He then gave Detective Kara $220.00 in cash. Detective Kara gave Doug a hotel key and told him which room the fictitious girls were located in. Doug turned around to walk across the parking lot toward the hotel entrance at which time he was arrested by law enforcement officers.

Janitor Had Topless Pictures on Cell Phone of Four Middle School Cheerleaders

If it was a card game, would a hand that included four topless pictures of middle school cheerleaders be considered four of a kind or a Royal Flush? Either way, a janitor Harding Middle School in Steubenville, Ohio got his hands a set of images that are going to cost him a bundle. Here's more from the State Journal:

Some disturbing new details are surfacing right now in a Steubenville courtroom involving the janitor who allegedly had nude pictures of students on his cell phone.
We are learning that all four of the pictures were naked cheerleaders exposing their tops.

Harding Middle School janitor Steven Decimone is charged with disseminating matter involving a juvenile. Detectives said that after confiscating his phone, it has been sent away and is under going testing to determine how the pictures got there. Decimone was suppose to be in court yesterday, but his attorney did not show up.

Drunken Rugby Fan Goes Berserk in Restaurant

Rugby fans--the few that there are--are usually a well-behaved lot. It's usually the drunken rugby PLAYERS who cause the trouble . . . but not in this case. Here's more from This is Gloucestershire:
A drunken rugby fan went berserk in a restaurant and dragged a woman diner across the room by her hair. James Kane, of Netherwood Gardens in Cheltenham, caused havoc at the Taste of India in Gloucester in the early hours of November 30. The 46-year-old smashed tables, chairs, glasses and crockery and ripped a radiator from the wall.
Dressed in a Gloucester Rugby shirt, he also lashed out with his feet and fists at other customers and dragged Caroline Merritt from the middle of the restaurant to the foyer by her hair.
She screamed at him to stop and her husband punched him “as hard as he could” before he released his grip, magistrates heard.
When police arrived, Kane had to be restrained and handcuffed before being arrested.
Kane, who had no previous convictions, pleaded guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm, criminal damage, using threating words and behaviour and resisting arrest.
Prosecuting solicitor Sharon Green said the incident happened at 12.10am.
She said: “The victim was enjoying a meal with her husband when the defendant and a group of men at another table started shouting and making a lot of noise.
“Mrs Merritt and her husband got up to leave when the defendant swore at them and became abusive.
“He was aggressive and offensive and started punching out at anyone.
“The owner asked him to leave but he refused and started lashing out with his feet and fists at other customers, including the victim and her husband.”
Ms Green said several glasses and items of crockery were smashed and two tables and five chairs damaged – to a total value of £650.

Coach Makes Mistake, Grabs Arm of Judge's Daughter - Hathaway Brown

High school coaches beware: if you're going to grab the arm of a player and throw it aside, best make sure that the girl's father is NOT a judge. That mistake was made by Bryce McKee an assistant coach at Hathaway Brown High in suburban Cleveland. Even if the alleged "grabbing" didn't leave a mark and virtually no one saw it happen. But still . . . judge's daughter, dude. Here's more from the Cleveland Plain Dealer:

Michael Ryan, who is a Cleveland Municipal Court judge, filed the complaint with his daughter Lauren, a senior guard and tri-captain of the team at the all-girls private school, after attempts to resolve the issue with school officials failed.

Ryan said the grab did not leave a bruise or other marks and falls well short of the violence he routinely hears about as a judge. He also said he would not be surprised if University Heights police and prosecutors do not pursue charges.
But he said he wanted to document what he considered inappropriate and possibly illegal behavior by assistant coach Bryce McKee to prevent future incidents.

"This was in front of a crowd of 800 people," Ryan said. "What is he doing when there's no one watching?" Neither Hathaway Brown officials nor McKee could be reached for comment Tuesday night.

Girls HS Basketball Coach Resigns: Sent "Inappropriate" Text Message to Entire Team

Scott Zollinger, 45, has compiled a 137-86 record in 10 full seasons coaching the Lancaster High School (Ohio) girls basketball team while earning about $70,000 annually for his coaching and teaching duties. A gifted coach, Zollinger apparently was technically challenged, and like a lot of us over 40, should not have been texting. Zollinger is accused of sending an "inappropriate" text message to team members, one that was intended for a former student/player who has since graduated. (That's still creepy, but at least he waited until she was out of school.) According to police, the text message was sent to a "hot … mama" and read: "Didn't c any tan lines in that pic. U were layin out on the nude beach weren't u! Have a great day. Iluvmshhh." As a result, the district investigated and Zollinger has--not surprisingly--resigned. And, it seems, the parents of the girl it was intended for are also not happy. Anybody happy here? (Thanks to David S. for the link!)
Here's more from the Columbus Dispatch:
The school district has finished its investigation of Zollinger and forwarded its materials to the Fairfield County prosecutor's office, Callihan said. The district's investigation indicated that the text message apparently was intended for a woman who formerly played on Zollinger's team, but since had graduated. When asked about the player, Zollinger told investigators that a "relationship had been established in the summer after graduation, but it was discussed with the (woman's) parents and the parents stated that it was unacceptable." The former student's parents said that after learning that their daughter had gone to Zollinger's home, they met with him to voice their objections. The former player declined to talk to school officials about the matter.

Morton Ranch Cheerleader Hazing Update: Pair Placed on Diversion Plan

Remember the cheerleader hazing case from last fall where girls on the JV squad were rounded up by the older girls, driven to one girl's home and then thrown into a swimming pool while blindfolded and their hands bound. Yeah, the parents of some of the victims were not so happy. If we're not mistaken, six or seven members of the varsity squad were suspended from school and then arrested on hazing charges. For two of them, the legal system is going to give them a slap on the wrist, allowing them to go on with their lives without a criminal record. Does that sound like a good compromise? Here's more from The Katy Times:
Two Morton Ranch High School varsity cheerleaders charged for allegedly hazing junior varsity cheerleaders last summer were placed on one-year probation Friday. Harris County Court at Law No. 2 Judge Larry Standley approved a pretrial intervention agreement with the attorneys of Hayley Davis, 17, and Adelynn Garner, 18. According to the district attorney’s office, the agreement “could spare the former Morton Ranch High School cheerleaders from future criminal action on charges of hazing their junior colleagues.” As part of the agreement, the girls must complete at least 60 hours of community service, write a public letter of apology, obey all laws and voluntarily testify at any trials relating to the case. In exchange, prosecutors will dismiss their criminal case in December 2009.

Browns Fan Arrested for Driving Couch?

Well, at least they weren't BURNING couches, like they did at Michigan State a few years ago. This time, we have a Cleveland Browns fan, Mike Meredith, whose sofa is motorized. Meredith apparently drives the Go-Kouch (a converted lawn tractor) around a parking lot where Browns fans (both of them) tailgate before games. Mike apparently asked permission to drive the sofa down a city street and was given permission by one cop . . . but not every cop in Cleveland is a Browns fan. So Meredith got a ticket and he must appear in Cleveland Municipal Court on this on charges of driving an unregistered vehicle and having expired plates. (WKYC) To watch Mike Meredith's Go-Kouch in action, watch the video below.

Former Football Star/HS Coach/Gym Teacher Accused of Sex With Girl, 17

No big surpises here, just more of the same we've been seeing all year. You'd think these guys would get the message by now. Here's more from CBS3:
A coach at Princeton High School in New Jersey has been arrested after being accused of having a sexual relationship with a female student. James Kearney Jr., of Columbus, has been charged with two counts of second degree sexual assault. Police allege the 37-year-old had a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old female student.

Investigators said someone at the school told the administration about the alleged relationship and that prompted the investigation. Kearney Jr. was also a gym teacher at the Joyce Kilmer Elementary School in Trenton. He has been suspended with pay from the school. Kearney Jr. was drafted by the Green Bay Packers back in 1994. He was also a member of the Pittsburgh Steelers at one point, but he never played in a game.

Arizona Steroid Probe Update: Doctor at Center of Investigation Surrenders Medical License

Our good buddy Josh Bernstein at KNXV-TV in Phoenix continues his investigation in to what has become the biggest steroid scandal NOT involving professional athletes. This whole thing started last spring when Josh started looking into allegations that doctors at a place called Revolution Medical Centers were giving out performance enhancing drugs to almost anyone who walked in the door and wanted to "get bigger." Since then, these clinics have shut down and the Feds are now involved. The lasted development? The former clinical director at RMC agreed to surrender his medical license. Here's more from KNXV-TV:
Dr. Jesse Haggard, former clinical director of Revolution Medical Centers in the Valley, agreed to surrender his medical license on Thursday. Under the consent agreement with the Arizona Naturopathic Physicians Board of Medical Examiners, Haggard admitted to altering medical records and failing to maintain adequate patient files. The ABC15 Investigators first reported on Revolution Medical Centers in April.
The Drug Enforcement Administration has launched a criminal investigation into the clinics and its doctors related to allegations of illegally prescribing anabolic steroids and other performance enhancing drugs, and the Arizona Board of Chiropractic Examiners is looking into the clinics' owner, Dr. Jeremy Bula.
Haggard's attorney, Timothy Holt, would not comment to ABC15 on the criminal investigation. While the agreement asserts Haggard was "prescribing and dispensing steroids and human growth hormone other than for therapeutic purposes," Haggard will not face Board penalties on this claim.
According to Dr. Craig Runbeck, executive director of the Naturopathic Board, there was enough evidence to revoke Haggard's license, but the consent agreement "accomplished the same goal," he said, "which is getting the man’s license so he cannot practice medicine."

High School Jocks Won't Allow Cops Into House Were Underage Drinking is Allegedly Going On

Okay, so they aren't members of Mensa, but you'd think that student-athletes at Washington Community High School in Illinois would have heard of a "warrant." You know, that document the cops get from a judge that allow them to come into your house? It's especially useful when the cops show up at a house where high school students are allegedly drinking and they are--we're not making this up!--taunted by the teens inside that they can't come in. Boy, the cops love that! Here's more from the PJ Star:

Washington Police Chief Jim Kuchenbecker said two of the 15 teens were charged with patronizing a disorderly house but not illegal consumption because tests determined they had not been drinking. "Our officers' actions may have averted a tragedy," Kuchenbecker said. Police went to the home after an anonymous tip was received on the Illinois State Police Drunk Stopper Hotline shortly after 10:30 p.m. The homeowners were out of town on family business and could not be reached by police.

Kuchenbecker said police saw several teens inside the home with beer and other liquor. "After the officers announced their presence, the teens scurried to clean up the party, but they didn't answer the door or home phone," he said.

Kuchenbecker said several teens "heckled and taunted" officers, telling them they couldn't do anything because they couldn't get inside the home. Teens turned off the lights inside the home. After officers announced they intended to get a search warrant for the home, Kuchenbecker said, the teens didn't respond. Officers forcibly entered the home shortly after midnight. Two females hiding in a locked bathroom refused to open the door for officers, Kuchenbecker said, so officers forced the door open.

Coach Arrested as Part of Million Dollar Marijuana Operation - 1300 Plants

Dude! High school wrestling coaches apparently don't make a lot of money. At least, not as much as drug dealers. Here's more from Greeley Tribune:
An assistant wrestling coach at Greeley West High School is out on $25,000 bond today after his arrest when police found 1,300 live marijuana plants growing on his property in Larimer County.

The arrest of Arnold Martinez, 51, is part of a million-dollar marijuana operation in Larimer County, according to sheriff’s deputies. Two other men were arrested last month, and deputies said the operation could have brought in more than $3 million.

Martinez was hired as an assistant coach by School District Six in 2006 although he has a criminal record. He was convicted of felony possession of marijuana in 1994. District officials said they knew of his previous conviction and was only hired after an “extensive review and interview.”

Dolphins Joey Porter Defends Plaxico Burress Gunplay

Say what? Dolphins linebacker Joey Porter came to the defense of former Steelers teammate Plaxico Burress during an interview on ESPN, saying professional athletes have a right to own guns, because, "Until you've been in a situation where you've been robbed at gun point, or you've had a gun waived in your face, or been car jacked, you really don't know what it feels like." He goes on to say that he has a permit to carry a gun . . . just not in the state of Florida where he now lives. This should end well. Watch the video below.

Latest HS Hazing Incident: Utah Football Players Accused of "Mobbing" Younger Teammate in Hallway

Never heard of "mobbing?" Neither had we until this story came out. On one hand it sounds like stupid teen aged boys being stupid teen aged boys, but then again it could also be considered hazing. We'll let the administration at East High School decide. Here's more from the Salt Lake Tribune:

Five East High School students were suspended and four cited by police after an incident some are calling a hazing.

The students, all boys and football players, allegedly surrounded another student in a school hallway during lunch Nov. 20 and punched the student's arms, chest and back as part of a practice some call "mobbing," said Jason Olsen, Salt Lake City School District spokesman. No one sustained serious injuries in the incident, which Olsen said was possibly a hazing.

No victim ever came forward, Olsen and police said. Olsen said an adult hall monitor reported the incident. The district prohibits hazing, and four of the boys were cited by police for committing unlawful acts in the school, said Lara Jones, spokeswoman for the Salt Lake City Police Department.

"Anything like that is not allowed," Olsen said. Olsen said students use the term mobbing, though the term makes the event sound worse than it is as those involved usually don't aim to cause serious injury. Olsen said he hasn't heard of other mobbing incidents in the district for several years.

"The tough thing we're seeing with this is sometimes hazing rituals and rites of passage … are accepted by a community," Olsen said. "We need the community to stand up with us and say, in this day and age this should not happen."

Gym Teacher Accused of Sex With Two Underage Girls

If you're gonna go to jail for having sex with an underage girl, what's one more? This latest educator in trouble is a gym teacher from Brentsville High School in Nokesville, Va.. Here's more from NBC Washington:

A Prince William County gym teacher was arrested after two 16-year-old girls said they were sexually abused by him.

Anthony Haywood, 27, is a physical education teacher at Brentsville High School in Nokesville, Va. The students accused Haywood of having inappropriate contact with them after school hours. The alleged incidents took place at his house and did not take place on school grounds, officials said.

Police said one of the students reported the alleged abuse to a school resource officer.

"We became aware of the allegations and worked with police to investigate them," said Ken Blackston, spokesperson for Prince William County Schools. "Once it became clear that possible criminal actions took place, we turned the investigation over to police. This is a very unfortunate situation and it is one that we will not tolerate."

Hate Mail (Sort of) Over HS Coach Sex Scandals

This email is from reader Larry Broadwater:

First, let me say, that I love Badjocks, and check it out once a week, so keep up the good work...

Second, I am a fellow Ball State alum also, attended mid 1980's graduated 1988. It is always good to see a fellow Cardinal hit it big! Ever drink at the Chug? haha...

Finally, my complaint, for the catagory of High School Coach Sex Scandals, as a high teacher I dont think it is fair to include any coach, in a catagory for High School Coaches. For example, # 186, 189, and 190, are NOT employed by a school.

Just my suggestion.
Best Wishes...

Larry Broadwater

Larry:

You are correct. Some of the coaches listed as part of our "High School Coach Sex Scandals" are not actually employeed by school districts but we lump them all together for the sake of brevity. There is no way we can keep track of Middle School Coach Sex Scandals, Private Tutor Sex Scandals, and Guys Who Volunteer to Coach Sex Scandals . . . but we get your point.

Band Hazing Update: Southern University Suspends 7 for Beating Freshmen With 2x4

A 2x4 as a hazing device? What where the upperclassmen on Southern University's Marching Band thinking? Obviously they weren't, because two of the three band mates were beaten so badly they had to be hospitalized! One kid claims he was hit more than 50 times. 50 times with a freakin' 2x4! That usually means more than just a slap on the wrist by Dean Wormer. This time, someone is going to jail, and it likely the guys in the French horn section. Here's more from KSLA in Shreveport:
Three members of the Southern University band were beaten with a 2x4 wooden board as part of initiation into the band's French horn section, a probable cause report says. Two of the victims remain hospitalized in serious condition.

Six band members were arrested Tuesday (Dec. 2) and a seventh suspect turned himself in to authorities Wednesday (Dec. 3). Tuesday morning, East Baton Rouge Parish sheriff's deputies arrested Harvey Harrison and Carlos-Andres Carter, both 19 years old. They are each charged with aggravated battery and ritualistic acts, both felonies. The pair denied any knowledge of the incident, investigators said.

Tuesday afternoon, four additional suspects were arrested and also charged with aggravated second-degree battery and ritualistic acts. The suspects include 23-year-old Jeremy Dixon of Natchez, Mississippi; 21-year-old Joseph Lee Webb of Columbus, Georgia; 22-year-old Lagarian Bridgewater of Baton Rouge; and 20-year-old Aubrey Harris, Jr. of Canton, Mississippi. Wednesday morning, 20-year-old Clifton Taylor of Baton Rouge turned himself in. He faces the same charges as the other suspects.

The probable cause report states that according to a witness, as part of the initiation ritual, "The three subjects were blindfolded and told to remove their shirts." The report also states, "They then had water splashed on them as senior members of the organization struck them numerous times with open hands. The three victims were then told to bend over at the waist and the senior members began striking them numerous times with a large wooden board, commonly referred to as a 2x4. One victim elected to stop the ritual after he had been struck over 50 times with the board. In a statement to investigators, he identified seven members of the French horn section of the band who were present at the home and participated in the ritual."

Former Cincinnati Bearcat, NBA Player, Caught With 11 lbs of Weed - Corie Blount

Sometimes jocks get caught with a little bit of "smoking weed." Just enough to roll a joint or two. But not former UC and Lakers star Corie Blount: unless he is going to roll up the mother of all fatties, that 11 pounds of marijuana he was caught with is likely meant for sale to someone else . . . at least the cops think so. Here's more from WCPO:

The Butler County Sheriff's Office says the marijuana came from out of state and was scheduled to be delivered by the United States Postal Service to an address in Liberty Township. The sheriff's office says Blount arrived at a Liberty Township residence to retrieve the package. Authorities then followed Blount to his residence where he was arrested.

Search warrants were executed at Blount's residence where a second package was discovered, similar to the one he picked up earlier. Authorities say that package contained around 11 pounds of marijuana and a third package located contained approximately seven pounds of marijuana.

Authorities confiscated 29 pounds of marijuana, $29,500 in cash, a 1996 Mercedes Benz, a 2004 Cadillac Escalade, a 2000 Chevrolet Suburban, and three guns.

HS Coach Sex Scandal Double Play: First Head Coach, Then Assistant Coach Busted! - Model High School

Our tipster things that both of these coaches were involved with the same girl, but according to newspaper reports, the young women involved were 16 and 17, so unless she gave the cops different ages, we think this is two different underage girls. Still, to let your head boys basketball coach go, but almost as soon as you name his assistant to take his place, THAT coach gets busted as well? It could only happen at a Model High School. Here's more from the Rome News:

Two former Model High School coaches arrested Thursday on sexual assault charges were released from the Floyd County Jail on Friday afternoon. Daniel Brown, 30, and Matthew Blanton, 28, were released after both posted $7,350 bail. They are accused of being involved in inappropriate teacher-student relationships.

Brown and Blanton were both arrested on felony sexual assault charges, said Floyd County Police Sgt. Teri Davis. Police investigating Blanton and Brown’s cases reported that the unidentified female students involved are ages 16 and 17.

According to documents at the Floyd County Jail, Blanton is accused of kissing and fondling a student on school property, while Brown is accused of having a sexual relationship with a Model student. The offense locations were listed as the school and his home on Robin Hood Road.
