"There's
Porno! There's Porno! There's Porno!" Two Danvers HS Cheerleaders Suspended
for Making Racy Sex Video - Just weeks after a pair
of Danvers High School cheerleaders got in trouble for boozing
it up before a football playoff game, comes word that two more girls were
booted from the squad for shooting a homemade lesbian porn video . . .
which eventually fell into the hands of almost everyone at their school. According to
students who've seen it (snippets were brought to school on cell phones and
digital cameras) the tape features two scantily clad juniors--naked from the waist up--and appears to have been made off campus, possibly over the summer. The buzz
about it started about two weeks ago when it was e-mailed from student to student.
On it, one of the barely dressed cheerleaders is seen kissing the breasts of the
other. News of the "naughty cheerleader video" spread quickly through
the school and according to one lucky student, "All of a sudden, everybody comes into school saying, `There's porno! There's porno! There's porno!' ''.
Shocked school administrators won't confirm why the girls are off the squad and
will only say that an investigation is ongoing. Full
story here. As far as BadJocks can tell, the video or still images from it
have not surfaced on the Internet . . . yet. Could either of the cheerleaders
be arrested for child pornography for videotaping each other? Will some horny
15-year-old boy at the school do jail time if caught watching a clip on his
buddy's cell phone? Our legal correspondent Joseph Shemaria, ESQ weighs in on
this highly charged legal issue. Read

Texas HS Basketball Team
Forfeits Game After Report of "Girls Gone Wild" Video on Team Bus
- Details are still
sketchy, but apparently Trimble Tech High School in Fort Worth, Texas had to
forfeit a basketball game this week after it was discovered that basketball
players made their own "Girls Gone Wild" video. It happened during the
Granbury Booster Club Tournament when at least three girls allegedly went to the
Trimble Tech bus with some players and pulled up their shirts to expose their
breats much like those in the famous GGW videos. Not satisfied with seeing it
for themselves, several Trimble Tech players allegedly took photos or videos of
the girls on their cell phones and then, of course, e-mailed them to friends.
Once school officials discovered what had happened they suspended most of the
team resulting in this weeks' forfeit. There's a rumor that most of the
action was also caught on a surveillance camera on the bus, but BadJocks has not
been able to confirm that part of the story . . . but it would liven up thinks
for the old guys at the bus garage wouldn't it? Full
story.

When
Mascots Attack! Saints Kicker Beats Crap Out of Cowboys' Mascot - Rowdy,
the Dallas Cowboy's mascot, is supposed to be the "Ambassador of the Dallas Cowboys".
Apparently on Sunday he confused the role of ambassador with the role of jerk
when he almost injured New Orleans punter/kicker Mitch Berger during pregame warm-ups.
According to Berger, Rowdy pretended to block a punt as he was warming up and
the kicker landed awkwardly, resulting in a quick--but, by NFL kicker standards
fierce--skirmish between the two. Said Berger later, "I started smacking the guy in the
head. I yelled a few expletives at him, and he's screaming back at me under his [costume]. I tried to rip his head off and throw it, but I couldn't get it off."
Starting
QB for Ohio State Suspended for Alamo Bowl - With just over a week
before the Buckeyes play Oklahoma State in the Alamo Bowl, OSU has suspended
Troy Smith for "for a violation of unspecified team and NCAA rules."
Whatever Smith did it sounds more serious than missing curfew as AD Andy Geiger
has also said the university has petitioned the NCAA for Smith’s reinstatement
for the 2005 season, but neither he nor Coach Jim Tressel would discuss the
nature of Smith’s indiscretions. On at least one Buckeye
fan message board speculation about what Smith actually did ranged from
receiving "improper benefits" to the selling
of his National Championship ring on eBay. (With a minimum bid of $15,000
the ring did not sell.) Thanks to Shelly Friedman for the tip on the story!
#229! Coach Accused of Sending Porn to Girls, Taking
$2000 From Fundraiser - Jayson Sustik, 27, a track coach Harrison Central
High School in Cadiz, Ohio has been accused of allegedly sending sexually
explicit material to at least two female students. Sustik is also being
investigated for stealing more than $2,000 from a track team fundraiser. (Thanks

Drunken Raiders
Arrested - The Oakland Raiders beat the Tennessee Titans 40-35 on Sunday
and then two of their star players decided to celebrate once they got back to
the Bay Area. Cornerback Charles Woodson (#11 on our
BAC Rankings for an incident at his own charity golf tournament in 2000) and
safety Marques Anderson were arrested early Monday for public intoxication by
Oakland police. What makes this story interesting is that this wasn't your
typical "thrown out of the bar or strip club" event. An Oakland woman
called police after the drunken jocks refused to get out of the back seat of her
car. When officers arrived, both Woodson and Anderson were very uncooperative,
had problems maintaining their balance, bloodshot watery eyes and had a strong
odor of alcohol. Oh, and they were also both acting in a belligerent manner.

#228! Andrew Lawrence Tansley, a coach and
mathematics teacher at Santiago High School in California has pleaded guilty to
charges that he had sex with a teenage student in 2002. Tansley told
investigators that he had sex with a 16-year-old girl over
a three-week period at his house and in his car.
Former
Girls HS Basketball Players Sues School for $8 Million Over Alleged Actions of
Female Coach - A lawsuit was filed in Ohio against 41-year-old Andrea
Thompson, a girls' basketball coach and special education teachert Mansfield
Senior High School. The suit also names the high school principal,
superintendent and board of education. In the suit, a female student and
basketball player not only alleges misconduct on the part of the coach but that
the district failed to protect her. (Thanks to Stan McGinnis for the link!)
