Young Man, We Can See You're Nuts: NJ Court Throws Out HS Basketball Player's Yearbook Photo That Accidentally Gave School Glimpse of His Weiner - How embarrassing would it be to have part of your genitals exposed to the world in an otherwise harmless yearbook picture of you in your basketball uniform? Even if you were able to retrieve every copy (except for one "legal" one) would you be trying to sue anyone involved FOUR YEARS LATER? Well apparently, young Tyler Bennett wanted to, but the New Jersey Superior Court has finally tossed out his 2002 lawsuit filed against the entire Freehold Regional Board of Education, superintendent James Wasser, the principal and vice principal of Colts Neck High School, teacher Deena Clark, yearbook advisor Al Sinclair, the publishing company that put out the yearbook and several fellow students who worked on the yearbook. In the suit, Bennett stated that he suffered from emotional distress and that "the publication of a photograph of the genitalia of someone who did not consent to that publication is an invasion of that person's privacy, even if that person was in a public area when the photograph was taken." The court disagreed, ruling that there was no evidence that anyone named in the lawsuit acted with malice toward Bennett. Case dismissed! (Asbury Park Press)

Marshall Cheerleader Lawsuit Update - Our friends at TheSmokingGun.com have posted a copy of the actual lawsuit online. For those of you who may have missed the story on Friday, an unnamed female Marshall University cheerleader is now suing the school claiming she lost her scholarship and place on the squad because she complained about repeated sexual harassment by male members of the team including name calling, groping, and using their wieners as weapons of mass distraction. The "BadJocks Effect?": Racy Web Sites Have Coaches', AD's  Attention - What's the No. 1 priority of college coaches and athletic directors these days? If you believe this article, they're cruising the Internet looking for embarrassing pictures or quotes from that their athletes have posted, some related to hazings. Of course, they could spend some time trying to prevent those things from happening in the first place, but what fun would there be in that? (Shreveport Times)

World Cup Update: 500 English Soccer Fans Arrested After Brawl With Germans - More than 500 of England's finest soccer fans missed their team's 1-0 win over Ecuador after classing with German fans before the game. According to police, the fighting broke out Saturday between several hundred England and German supporters resulting in the riot police being called out. The Brits are accused of throwing bottles, tables and chairs during the ruckus. Two of those arrested are still being held for criminal offences and the rest have been released but banned from the city. (Scotsman)

Former Marshall Cheerleader's Lawsuit Claims She Was Manhandled by Male Members of the Squad Using Their, Uh . . . Male Members - If the allegations in the lawsuit filed by a former Marshall University cheerleader (known only as K.C. in the document) prove to be true, the world of college cheerleading is in for some major scrutiny . . . an possibly a made for TV movie (we call dibs on writing the script, or at least rights to the pop-up book). We won't make you wade through the lengthy article like we had to, but according to K.C., she was constantly sexually harassed during her time on the Thundering Herd sidelines by male members of the squad but also lays most of the blame on coach Donna "What Have I" Dunn who the victim claims created a sexually charged atmosphere. So, the victim has filed a lawsuit against the university’s Board of Governors, the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission and Marshall’s cheerleading coach. According to the complaint:
- Male members of the squad frequently exposed themselves, rubbed their genitals on the female members' faces while they were stretching
- Males also allegedly called the females "bitches, whores" and other derogatory names, including one typically used to refer to female genitalia.
- Several cheers had code names of a sexual nature including the 'Bearded Clam (vagina), More Head (oral sex) and String of Pearls (ejaculation)" (What, no "Rear Admiral?")
- The guys frequently groped female members' breasts, shouting 'Throw the bitches up' and grabbing their genitalia area"
- That head male cheerleader Richard Edmunds pulled down her sports bra and instructed her "not to be a bitch or she would find her ass hitting the ground."
- Edmunds exposed his penis to her, rubbed his scrotum (in a motion known as "teabagging") on her head and face, promised her a permanent spot on the squad if she would have sex with him, requested they make a pornographic video together and "announced that he wanted to f--k her."
- Coaches frequently witnessed these shenanigans and refused to intervene. 
- At a charity golf function Dunn ordered the female cheerleaders to put golf balls down their cleavage and skirts and expected them to kiss a putter shaped like a penis and show their breasts. 
- And to top things off, KC claims that after telling Edmunds she couldn't continue under these conditions she was kicked off the squad and lost her scholarship.
