Can Publish Topless Photos of Tennis Star Myskina, But Will He? - A federal
judge ruled this week that former French Open champion Anastasia Myskina can't
stop a photographer from distributing several topless pictures he took of her
during a 2002 magazine photo session. Myskina, who was 20 years old at the time
the pictures were taken by Mark Seliger, claimed she did not understand a photo
release form with her signature on it and was not fluent in English at the time.
The judge disagreed. When we first reported on this story in August
of 2004, we linked to the pictures and felt at the time--and still do--that
they are some of the most unappealing pictures of a naked women our staff had

Adult Soccer League Awards Ceremony Ends in
Brawl - It was just a simple presentation of the championship trophy to the
winning Real Madrid team after the final game of the season in the Tyler, Texas
adult soccer league. It should have been over in five minutes with the winning
team jumping up and down for a few, then everyone walking to their cars. But
that was before a teenaged girl who was a fan of the runner-up Alcones team
started jawing with two female Real Madrid fans. Tempers flared (as they seem to
regularly on the soccer field) and before you knew it, members of the Alcones
team allegedly grabbed several aluminum bats from their cars and started
smashing windows in the parking lot. At one point, more than 100 people were
fighting at the park and four people were injured, one after being hit in the
face with a beer bottle. Police--after watching a video of the brawl--are

meeting woman, so he did what most men would do in that situation: he claimed to
be a professional football player. Jackson has been charged with harassing two
women after dating them by impersonating Steelers quarterbacks Ben

New Tea Bagging Hazing Incident at Texas HS - "Boys will be
boys," the old saying goes, and in Texas the new version might go
"Boys will be boys while rubbing their genitalia on each other's
heads." Yes, it's another incident of "tea bagging" and this time
it's a HS basketball team that's in trouble. According to authorities, three
members of the boys basketball team at Southwest Christian School in Fort Worth
are accused of holding down a younger teammate and rubbing their genitals on his
head, neck and shoulders in a hotel room during a road trip. According to the
victim's father, his son said the attackers used their fingers to touch his anus
through his underwear but were unsuccessful in penetrating it. So, of course,
the next logical step is to rub your wiener on his head. (Star

guilty this week to having

Rangers Kenny Rogers Booked For Assault, Verbally Assaults Another TV
Cameraman - Have we not learned our lesson, young man? Grade school teachers
could usually tell when the playground bully was only apologizing to the kid he
knocked down because an adult was present, not because he felt any real remorse.
Could the same be said of Texas pitcher Kenny "Boiling Point" Rogers
who was to be booked on charges he assaulted two TV cameramen at the ballpark in
late June? According to TV station WFAA, Rogers verbally jawed with one of their
cameramen outside the county jail where he was booked. Photographer Mike
Zukerman was videotaping the procedure when Rogers allegedly turned to him and
said, "You're getting really close; you know that? Do you hear me?"
A few seconds later, Rogers again turned to the camera, saying, "You must
be pretty proud of yourself, too."After Zukerman replied, "It's just
my job, Kenny," Rogers responded: "Yeah. Your job. That's just your

Bad T-Ball Coach Update - Thanks to the twenty or so people who sent
me a link to this story! If you haven't heard about this story before, here are
the allegations as I understand them: at a T-ball league in the Pittsburgh area,
a coach of one of the teams, Mark R. Downs Jr., was charged with offering one of
his players $25 to hit a mentally disabled boy on his own team in the head with
a baseball. Why? To keep the kid out of the game in a league that requires every
player to play at least three innings, regardless of their skill level. After
the offer was allegedly made, the disabled boy was hit in the head AND in the
groin with a baseball just before a game and didn't play, Well, Down's attorney
has come out and claimed his client is categorically innocent and offered this
explanation: "Mr. Downs has never requested any individual to assault (the
boy), ... has never denied him the opportunity to play, and has children of his
own and would not harm any child." According to Shaffer, during a previous
game, Downs had been cautioned by an umpire about venturing onto the field
and had remarked to the entire team in jest, "Anybody who can line drive
the ref with a ball, I'll give you $25." Yeah, that makes me feel
much better about him coaching kids. (USA

girls? Apparently, because they'll believe anything . . . like this 16-year-old
volleyball player from Pennridge High School in Pennsylvania who started an
affair with a 26-year-old trainer even though she knew he was already engaged.
For several months she believed it when David Heath told her he was completely
in love with her--according to her testimony at his trial--and that regardless
of what happened, his feelings for her wouldn't change . . . even as he was
sending her a text message from his own wedding reception! Heath is charged
with corrupting the morals of a minor and endangering the welfare of a child. In
her testimony, the girl also claimed the pair allegedly had sex several times: a
couple of times in a school van, once in his car and once on the floor of the
gym. According to the victim, ''He stopped in the middle of the gym. It was
dark. There were no lights on. He sort of begged. He was sad-faced. It was a
guilt trip. He unzipped his pants. He assured me there were no cameras in the

Female African Track Star Says Unpaid Bill to Witch Doctor Caused Him to
Slap a Penis on Her - Just last year,
Samukeliso Sithole was being hailed as the next female athlete phenom from
Zimbabwe having won seven gold medals in women's competitions in 2004 alone. She

her initial hearing, was pay him off in full and the penis would shrivel up and
she could legitimately compete in women's' events. Well, the court in Zimbabwe
actually waited a little while and in the mean time had to have not one, but
two, doctors examine Sithole to determine that she was, in fact, all man. No
female parts . . . they must have shriveled up by mistake. Despite the doctors
findings, while awaiting trial Sithole claimed to have periods and feared
becoming pregnant. She was ultimately charged with impersonation and causing
psychological damage to fellow athletes and was sentenced to four years in
prison . . although while she was awaiting trial, court officials let her out on
bond because they couldn't decide whether to put her/him in a men's or women's
