Female Golfer at UCLA Releases Nudie Calendar - Sophie Sandolo, an
Italian native who played golf for the Bruins while in college and is now on the European
Women's Tour, has published a racy calendar featuring her in a number of nude
and semi-nude poses. This BBC report goes on to say that "Sandolo's
"sexy" effort fills that void, and relieves John Daly of his claim to

Fight Update: Garcia's Playmate Girlfriend Acquitted - Carmella DeCesare,
who for some unknown reason is dating Cleveland Browns player Jeff Garcia, was
acquitted Wednesday of karate-kicking the ex-girlfriend Kristen Hine in the head
at a bar. In her defense, DeCesare told the judge that she was dancing on a
table when one of Hine's friends started "coming at me full-force, swinging
like a guy." And that she had kicked at the friend, but only in self
defense. For his part, Garcia testified that DeCesare was defending herself,
adding, "It's embarrassing that I am here today, to be caught up in a
situation like this." Unfortunately for DeCesare, she was convicted of
violating a protection order and placed on probation for one year. (Since we had

Garcia's Playmate Girlfriend and Ex Face Off In Court Over Fight in Cleveland
Bar - Two women fighting over Brown's quarterback Jeff Garcia? Strange,
but true and it happened last summer after Jeff dated Kristen Hine, 32, a few
times, then dumped her for Carmella DeCesare, 22, reigning Playboy Playmate of
the Year. The three bumped into each other in August in August at a Warehouse
District dance club and the resulting catfight between the gals has DeCesare on
trial in Cleveland Municipal Court for misdemeanor assault. During the trial,
Hine testified that after the ladies exchanged words, she tried to walk away but
DeCesare grabbed a dance pole for support and karate-kicked her in the head!

Says QB Smith Used Booster Money To Pay Clarett's Phone Bill - The
Cleveland Plain Dealer is reporting that multiple sources told them that
suspended Buckeye quarterback Troy Smith used money he accepted from a booster
to pay for a cell phone his mother obtained for former Buckeye tailback Maurice
Clarett. When asked about the claims of more wrongdoing within the already
troubled football program, outgoing Athletic Director Andy Geiger said,
"Not again," and ran out of the room screaming like a little girl.
(Okay, we made that last part up, but it seemed to naturally follow, didn't it?)

Incident Had "Sexual Overtones" - Officials at Buchholz High
School in Florida won't say exactly what happened to the newest member of the
boy's soccer team on the way to Tallahassee, only saying that the alleged hazing
incident was "an inappropriate act with sexual overtones."
Inappropriate enough to get all students involved in the prank suspended for a
game, three suspended from school, and three more kicked off the team. The Leon
County Sheriff's Office is also investigating the case.
Our
First HS Cheerleader Sex Scandal of 2005!: "Provocative" Photos of
HS Cheerleaders End Up on Porn Site - The girls on the Wootton High School
cheerleading squad in Rockville, Maryland were pretty typical teenagers: they
took pictures of each other at practice with a digital camera and posted them
online where they could bed shared with friends. And that's
were the photos taken this fall stayed until November when the Wootton
principal received an anonymous e-mail telling him that the pictures were now
prominently featured on a pornographic Web site. Of course, the girls were
clothed in all of the photos and none of them were graphic, but some of the
shots were of the girls pretending to kiss and striking provocative poses -- and
that's what got them into trouble. Not surprisingly, the incident caused a rift
among the cheerleaders (picture takers and posters vs. innocent bystanders),
with several of the girls breaking down in tears after meeting with school
officials. Initially the administration was going to punish the entire squad by
not letting them cheer in the county's regional competition, but like most
adults faced with weeping girls, they eventually caved in. The porn website has
been shutdown (probably because most of the girls are underage) and the pictures
removed form the the hosting page. (And no, I don't have the pictures and I
don't know where to find them. Do you? However,

Soccer Hooligans Banned for Six Years . . . From Bars? Sighting a link
between drunkenness and bad behavior (duh!) ten men convicted of violent
disorder after the Euro 2004 football riots (which took place after the
televised England vs France game) have been banned from pubs for six years.

Game Sets Record - Authorities say there were more people were arrested and
ejected from Lambeau field than in any game all season, as the Vikings beat the
Packers 31-to-17 in that playoff game. According to officials, 16 people were
arrested, most of them for unlawful conduct at a public event.

Female Kicker at Colorado: Sexual Harassment Began the Day I Joined the Team
- Katie Hnida, the female place-kicker who accused a University of Colorado
teammate of raping her, told NBC's The Today Show that the sexual harassment she
endured began the day she joined the team. "It's been five years, and it's
still terrifying. It's still something that I wake up with and I deal
with," Hnida said, adding, "The investigation is very far from over."

Three New HS Coach Sex Scandals
#7! Robert T. Macintosh, 38, head coach of the Warden
High School girls basketball team, was arrested on a warrant for indecent
liberties. According to the warrant Macintosh allegedly had sexual contact with
a girls basketball player during a tournament in Spokane in June of 2003.
According to the girl's testimony Macintosh entered her hotel room and forced
her onto the bed while giving her a hug, placing
his hands on her breasts for approximately one and a half minutes. After she
started to cry, Macintosh allegedly then got off her and walked out of the room
. . . and all this happened as several other female basketball players
watched in shocked silence. The next day at the team dinner Macintosh put
his arms around victim and said he would be "her Poppa Mack" for the
week.
#6! Mark McGarry, 44, a former youth softball coach
arrested this week in Fresno on child pornography charges has also allegedly
confessed to molesting
an 11-year-old girl for two years.
#5! John Flores, a volleyball coach at the all-girls Notre Dame High School
in San Jose has been arrested on suspicion of unlawfully
having sex with a 16-year-old player on the school's team. According to
police reports Flores took the girl to his home on several occasions from
October through December, where he allegedly had sex with her.

Banned From Hockey Rink After Attacking 8-Year-Old Player on Opposing Team
- How soon we forget: Massachusetts youth hockey officials are calling it
"the most egregious incident" since they adopted stricter rules for
parental conduct in 2003 after Thomas F. Junta beat Michael Costin to death
during a 2000 youth hockey practice. Jordan Waldman, 51, a Swampscott father has
been banned indefinitely from attending games after witnesses say he grabbed an
8-year-old around the neck and cursed at him following the boy's on-ice shoving
match with the man's son. Officials are still deciding if Waldman will face
assault charges.

Raccoon Attacks Golfer on Driving Range - This comes to us from the Palm
Beach Florida Police Blotter: "While practicing on the driving range at the
North Palm Beach Country Club, a golfer was approached around 6:44 p.m. by a
raccoon. The raccoon, which was snarling, approached the golfer, but the golfer
hit a golf ball toward the animal, which ran into some nearby bushes. No one was
bitten. An officer from Palm Beach County Animal Care & Control captured the
raccoon about an hour later. Two days later, the County Health Department
confirmed that the raccoon had rabies."

stalking 17-year-old girl: cops caught him in girl's driveway after her mom
complains. Richard Greenleaf, 54, a former teacher from West Gardiner in
Maine has been charged with sexually
assaulting two former students.
#3! Former coach, now principal accused. Joey George, principal at
Hawkinsville High School in Georgia has been accused of inappropriately
touched two female students in his office.
#2! Mark Staropoli, 50, a New Jersey girls soccer
coach for a private team at the Clarkstown Sports Club was arrested on
allegations he had sex
with one of his 16-year-old players he had coached since she was 12.
Staropoli faces two counts of sexual assault, three counts of second-degree
endangering the welfare of a child, and one count of third-degree tampering with
a witness.
HS Coach Sex Scandal Update: Accused
Coach Tells Court "I Knew It Was Wrong, But It Felt Right" -
Tennis coach Kevin Ponis (#107 of 2004) told a jury during his trial that he
thought he broke no laws when he repeatedly had sex with a Dakota Ridge High
School student. Though the 36-year-old Ponis, admitted to repeated sex
acts with the 17-year-old girl, he said he believed she was 18 and admitted
having sex with two other members of his tennis team when they were 18.
