HS Football #Coach Accused of Hiding Video Camera in Bathroom

Accused football coach Jason Tomlinson, 29

I suppose we should be happy that the coach in question is accused of putting the camera in a faculty bathroom and not the girl’s locker room. Still, not something you want to happen at your high school.

This incident involved an Kennedale High assistant football coach from Fort Worth, Texas.

Here’s more from Star-Telegram:

Jason Tomlinson, 29, has been charged with improper photography or visual recording. He was released from the Tarrant County Jail on Monday, according to court records. His bail was originally set at $100,000, but was reduced to $5,000, records show. Tomlinson was a standout athlete at Kennedale High School where he graduated in 2003. He went on to attend the U.S. Naval Academy, where he played football and excelled as a wide receiver.

He was arrested March 18 after police were called to the high school to investigate the discovery of a small thumb-drive camera found in a faculty bathroom. It contained videos of seven teachers undressing, according to arrest and search warrant affidavits. Officers obtained search warrants and removed computer equipment from Tomlinson’s home and school office.
