Not Again? University Marching Band Suspended Over Hazing Incident – Clark Atlanta

Apparently college marching bands have learned nothing in the past year since a member of the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University marching band died as a result of hazing incident on a bus. How serious has the FAMU incident become? There have now been 20 present or former members of the marching band charged with FELONIES related to Robert Champion’s death.

And now? The kids at Clark Atlanta University have decided that the rules don’t apply to them either and, as a result, the entire band was suspended for Saturday’s game. No details yet on the incident, but it sounds serious enough for the CAU to take this kind of action.
