At Knox High School (IN) basketball coach Todd Boldry, 39, won three sectional championships, a regional championship, and fathered one child with a student . . . allegedly.
Actually, probably not allegedly at this point because the baby was born last year and they did DNA tests on it to prove it was Boldry’s kid. Here’s the back story: Boldry taught at Knox Middle School and coach boys basketball at Knox High School. According to police, Boldry met the girl in 2007 and had a relationship with her for two years. He and the teen allegedly used the school’s training room for sexual encounters between 2007 and 2009, eventually ending the encounters when the unnamed teenager became pregnant. In 2010 she gave birth, they did the DNA tests and just this week Boldry was slapped with two felony charges: one for child seduction and one for official misconduct with a student. If convicted, he could get six years in prison, meaning he would be out in time to start taking junior to school every day.
