It’s one thing to have sex with underage girls. It’s another to be caught, arrested and then told not to contact the victim by the court. If you violate that last part, like former Alcoa High School softball coach Robert Paul Talley did, they will throw your ass right back in jail.
According to police, Talley attempted to contact one of the two girls he is accused of having a relationship at the place where she worked. After posting bond again, Talley is once again back on the street.
According to KNOX:
He is accused of engaging in sexual conduct and inappropriate physical contact with one of the girls in April, May, June, September and October. Police say he also approached a second female student over the course of more than one school year. In that case, court papers show he attempted to solicit sex from that girl from March 19-22, 2010, and then again from May 1-16, 2011.
