Most people would not dare drive after having their license suspended but professional basketball players are a special class of people. Take RazorShark player Marlin Johnson, who not only decided to drink & drive but did it while having his license suspended 17 times. The cherry on top? He was also drinking while driving:
Johnson was stopped at 2:45 a.m. for speeding and driving erratically on Route 19 in the town of Warsaw. Lawmen say that Johnson had no license and that his operating privileges had been revoked by New York state 17 times.
He was charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation, DWI, driving with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 percent, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation, speeding and consuming alcohol in a car.
