From the looks of things, these vaguely Eastern European basketball teams don’t like each other. And even before punches are thrown, it looks like a much rougher version of the game than we’re used to seeing in the States. Most likely there is some centuries old blood feud between these two town and, short of some kind of chicken sacrifice, it is likely to continue for several more centuries. If you look closely, there appear to be as many yellow-vested security guards as there are fans in the stands.
Also, you know how you can tell these aren’t American basketball players? Once the brawl starts, everyone is kicking and stomping and only a few cheap rabbit punches are thrown.
