The story of baseball coach Phil Godlewski’s arrest is pretty typical, except for two things: one, his American Legion team of 17-to-18-year-old girls was supposed to leave on a road trip this Friday, but all their funds are tied up in the coach’s bank account. Second, and probably creepier, the coach is also a real estate agent and used that fact to–allegedly–have sex with an underage girl in other people’s houses.

Yeah, that’s a new one here at BadJocks. We are also seeing other reports that the cops confiscated Godlewski’s cars as evidence as they believe that some of the sexy time took place on four wheels. That also works against the players on his team as the trunk of one of them reportedly contains hats and uniforms, baseballs, medical release forms and a checkbook the team needs to compete.

Godlewski, 27, was their head coach. He was arrested on Friday, accused of having a sexual relationship with a teenage girl. Investigators said the two met when the girl was 14. She is now 16 years old. Because he is in jail, the team cannot access his bank account or the cash for the trip. The investigation now turns to real estate. Prosecutors said Godlewski was a real estate agent and used several empty homes to have sex with the girl. We are currently looking into different locations that were allegedly used that were not owned by him,” said Assistant District Attorney Gene Talerico.
