Apparently Christopher Wayne Foster’s full time job paid him well enough that it gave him plenty of time to volunteer at Central Jr. High, in Springdale, Arkansas. Unfortunately, his full time job was allegedly running a prostitution ring.
Christopher Wayne Foster, 27, of Rogers, was arrested by Bentonville police Wednesday and charged with kidnapping, aggravated assault, and promoting prostitution, according to a news release from the Bentonville Police Department. About 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, a 23-year-old woman reported to police that she had jumped from Foster’s vehicle after he tried to “detain her and drive away” from a location where the two had met. The woman told police she had worked for Foster as a personal assistant and that she met with him so he could pay wages he owed her. She told police she quit because she “learned that Foster was involved in a prostitution ring.”
According to police: “When the woman entered Foster’s vehicle, he grabbed her cell phone and began to speed away. The woman sustained minor injuries when she jumped from Foster’s truck.” Foster was arrested Wednesday along with two women, ages 19 and 20. Police said the two women were “determined to be employed by Foster as prostitutes.” One of the women told police she had met Foster by answering an ad on Facebook for a personal assistant.
