This diet came to me via a friend who had lost 17 pounds. My age, weight and fitness level were approximately the same as hers and I decided after years of trying WW and various other diets to give it a shot. I started at 150 pounds and within 7 days had gone down to 143 pounds.
It was easy to follow and when you add in salsa and other allowable things I found I was never feeling great hunger pangs and was content to eat the 4 small meals a day. So far so good. There are currently 10 women watching me carefully to see if it works and they have promised to hop on board if I am successful.
I plan to continue on to my 3 day break and then do another 11 day cycle. Recommend it so far. I also do the 45 minute walking every day and have managed to stay fit for the last 30 years through various exercise routines. Walking is easy!!!
