You’ve all heard of “strip poker” where the person with the losing hand has to take off a piece of clothing? Well, some young hockey players thought it would be interesting to do their own version of that during practice, only they had to take off a piece of equipment if they missed a shot during a penalty-shot taking contest. And no, no female hockey players were involved, which makes this double-creepy.

The Idaho Junior Steelheads of the Tier III Western States Hockey League are caught playing “strip hockey” during a practice at a municipally owned rink, shedding a piece of equipment each time they miss during an impromptu penalty-shot contest. Shades of the championship game in “Slap Shot.” Some players get down to their underwear, and one 17-year-old actually takes off his underwear for a moment, according to The Associated Press report, which wryly notes: “the city forbids people from showing their buttocks in public, largely to curb erotic dance parlors.
