Franscio A. Cruz was tentatively charged with lewd and lascivious behavior after police were called to Heistand Park, 4302 Milwaukee St., on the city’s Far East Side at 5:52 p.m. Sunday.
According to police, organizers of the Centinela Soccer League said Cruz was among a group of boisterous fans at one of several games who gave referees so much grief the game almost had to be stopped. After a goal was scored, organizers said, Cruz ran onto the field, took off his clothes and dropped his underpants. Police said they found Cruz, whose eyes were bloodshot and glassy, drinking a beer. Asked why he did what he did, Cruz replied, “This is what they do on TV,” police said
